  • Insurance-based care can be restrictive in many ways. Here at Enhanced Internal Medicine, we have adopted a different model of care, one that is over 100 years old and designed to deliver services well beyond what any plan covers.

    Our membership model is simple: the membership fee covers all visits with Dr. Paluga throughout the year. Patients start with a comprehensive routine visit, then see or communicate with Dr. Paluga as needed throughout the year for both new concerns and proactive wellness planning. The goal is to really stay ahead of things and avoid fragmented care.

  • This model is best suited for individuals who value a true partnership with their physician. It’s designed for those who want care that goes beyond the basics — comprehensive, connected, and focused on long-term wellness.

  • This practice was set up to allow use of HSA, HRA, FSA and MSA funds. However, each plan is unique and we recommend discussing further with your plan coordinator and/or tax expert.

  • You may reach the office directly during regular office hours via phone or text message through our secure app or portal. After hours, patients can reach Dr. Paluga by phone for urgent concerns.

  • As a primary care physician, Dr. Paluga will refer you to specialists as needed.

  • Seek emergency care and Dr. Paluga will be available to discuss with the emergency department team as needed.

  • Yes! Dr. Paluga has privileges at Corewell Health and Henry Ford Health

  • All members of this practice must be 18 years and older. 

  • If Dr. Paluga is unavailable, she will ensure proper coverage while away.
